ABOUT OUR COMPANY
The Company MONT-R was established in 2003.
Since then our business success is based on high professionalism and quality of our services.
It is a modern company having dynamic progress following world trends and can offer a high level of the European standards of capital services under the market conditions.
Basic Company Activities are providing Manufacturing, Installation, Repairing and Maintenance of the most complex and strategically important power and industrial plants, refinery, petrochemical plants and metallurgical complex.
The Company has about 260 employees, competent in performing their jobs and who are trained to permanently use referent ISO Standards and a variety of specialized and professional knowledge and skills, with 25 (twenty-five) Engineers and Technicians, for tasks such as Site, Erection, Planning, Welding and Safety Engineers, Site Managers, Erection Supervisors, Welding Supervisors, QA & QC Management, more than 100 (one hundred) Welders:
- SMAW welders 111 (REL) – 27 (twenty-seven)
- GTAW welders 141 (TIG) – 42 (forty-two)
- Welders with combination 141/111 – 25 (twenty-five)
- SMAW welders 135, 136 (MIG/MAG) – 15 (fifteen)
- and more than 130 Locksmiths & Pipe Fitters including Foremen. The rest of the staff are Administrative Employees.
